Once a custom order is placed it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Please double check spelling of names.  If a name is longer than 9 characters, we will only use the first 9 characters for your customized item.

Return Policy - ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We currently do not accept any returns or exchanges. All orders are carefully packaged and doubled checked to make sure you receive it in its best condition. We are not responsible for orders damaged by shipping carriers.
