Font 19 is standard font style.  If you would like another style font, choose style number from gallery and enter in notes at checkout. 

Please double check spelling of name.  If a name is longer than 12 characters, we will only use the first 12 characters for your customized item.

Once a custom order is placed it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Return Policy - ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We currently do not accept any returns or exchanges. All orders are carefully packaged and doubled checked to make sure you receive it in its best condition. We are not responsible for orders damaged by shipping carriers.
